Joplin: Solace for Clarinet Quartet
Subtitled “A Mexican Serenade,” Solace is an atypical addition to Scott Joplin’s canon of work. Joplin uses habanera and tango rhythms throughout most of the piece, creating a very different feel from other music he composed.
